About the role

This role aims to support ongoing coverage while a permanent team member is recruited, contributing to patient care improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology care within a team model supervising and medically directing CRNAs
• Cover 8 operating rooms using the EPIC EMR system
• Manage patient anesthesia during various procedures
• Ensure safety and compliance
• Participate in weekend and weeknight call rotations
• Manage perioperative care
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with anesthesiology specialization
• Appropriate licensure and credentialing
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a care team
• Flexibility for different shift lengths (8, 10, 12 hours)
• Availability for call duties
