Physicians receive a base that can reach nearly $700K along with substantial incentives including an annual bonus up to $70K, a sign-on bonus up to $100K and loan repayment programs up to $200K. The practice operates in a medically directed care team model with a diverse surgical mix including bread and butter, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, and OB cases.
