About the role

The position is part of a collaborative anesthesia team in a regionally established healthcare system. The practice operates under a medically directed care team model with a diverse surgical mix including bread and butter, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, and obstetric cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a variety of surgical settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Manage perioperative medications and monitor patients' vital signs
• Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols
• Assist with the education and training of new anesthesia providers

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Ability to work within a medically directed anesthesia care team
• New graduates and experienced anesthesiologists considered

8-hour weekday schedule with periodic call and a day off after call
