About the role
Seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist to join a dynamic healthcare team within a large VA system.
Responsibilities
- Administering general anesthesia with invasive monitoring techniques.
- Providing regional anesthesia such as spinal, epidural, and nerve blocks.
- Placing and interpreting venous, arterial, and pulmonary artery catheters.
- Managing airways, including cricothyroidotomy, and ventilator-dependent patients.
- Assessing, consulting, and preparing patients for anesthesia procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in anesthesia administration, invasive monitoring, and airway management.
- Experience with venous and arterial catheter placement.
- Ability to interpret pressures and waveforms.
