Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize a multidisciplinary approach, coordinating with other healthcare professionals (Physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing team) to provide comprehensive care
• Supervise and medically direct CRNAs
• Administer and manage medications and interventions as needed, while monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects
• Educate patients and their families on anesthesiology strategies and potential side effects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and notes
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and stay current on advancements in techniques
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient care

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• BCBE Anesthesiologist Medical license in MI

Schedule

Full time (6-8 shifts per month) Optional extra shifts available for increased earning potential. Can be bunched together (or separated) to allow for significant time off each month.

$450k-$500k
