Anesthesiologist | Full-Time Position

About the Role

This role involves practicing anesthesiology within a physician-led, collaborative department that emphasizes fairness, flexibility, and sustainability. Physicians will work across multiple hospitals and surgery centers, enjoying clinical variety and operational stability while maintaining control over their schedules.

Responsibilities

• Providing anesthesia services for diverse cases including OB, neuro, vascular, orthopedics, and more
• Supervising CRNAs
• Participating in teaching, quality initiatives, and departmental development
• Maintaining a balanced case mix
• Ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality care
• Contributing to a supportive team environment with predictable call and schedule structures designed to promote work-life balance

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology
• Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for New York State licensure

Fellowship training is welcomed but not required.
