Anesthesiologist - Full-Time

Seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Anesthesiologists to join a well-established team at a Level I Trauma Center with a diverse high-acuity case mix, including trauma, high-risk OB, and orthopedic surgeries. Key Responsibilities Provide anesthesia for trauma, obstetrics, orthopedic, and general surgeries in a 14-operating room setting.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MDs and CRNAs, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Manage anesthesia in a high-acuity, multidisciplinary environment with excellent teamwork and communication skills. Qualifications & Skills MD/DO, board-certified or eligible in Anesthesiology.Recent trauma, regional, and obstetric anesthesia experience.Ability to deliver high-quality care in a complex setting with strong communication and patient-centered focus. Work Environment & Schedule Full-time employment at a 195-bed hospital with a predictable weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.).In-house 24-hour call rotation (~1:2.7 days), covering trauma or OB cases, with post-call day off.Pager call with quick response times and moderate volume, supported by EPIC EMR.
