Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-Time / Call Taking - $650,000 Annually

  • 9 weeks PTO

  • Premium Pay for Additional Hours Worked Over Scheduled Time ($5,000)

Practice Environment

  • Anesthesia Care Team model with physician supervision of CRNA

  • Leadership positions: Chief, Medical Director, Critical Care Section Head

  • Teaching and program development opportunities: residency, fellowships, etc.

  • 40,000 cases | 40 anesthetizing locations

  • 5 facilities all within 30 min: Methodist University Hospital, Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown, Methodist North Hospital, Methodist South Hospital, Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS

  • General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical + NORA1 Subspecialty areas: Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, OB (~6K deliveries)

Qualifications

  • Active state license

  • DEA

  • State CDS

  • Board certification

  • ACLS | PALS | BLS
