- Flexible practice model:
- 60% solo or 40% supervised medical direction with an ideal 1:3 ratio and occasional 1:2 coverage.

- OB
- ENT
- Urology
- Gastrointestinal (GI)
- Neuro
- Vascular
- Do not handle major trauma, transplant or cardiac cases (these cases are handled by a separate team)
- MD/DO
- Current or eligible Indiana licensure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
