About the role

General Anesthesiologist position in a well-supported community hospital setting within an academic health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for diverse, complex cases including cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, urology, trauma, and NORA procedures.
• Practice independently with minimal supervision across approximately 10 locations, managing an average of 13–17 cases daily.
• Collaborate with a team of MDs and CRNAs, with potential transition to an MD-only model.
• Support system-wide clinical integration and contribute to a higher-acuity environment.

Requirements

• Certification in anesthesiology.
• Experience with high-acuity cases.
• Ability to work independently.

Skills

• Strong clinical support and system integration skills.
