Anesthesiologist

Position: General Anesthesiologist Role & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients across a broad case mix, including neuro, vascular, thoracic, spine, obstetrics, trauma, electrophysiology, and outpatient procedures. Participate in teaching residents and student nurse anesthetists, and collaborate within a care-team model overseeing CRNAs and residents. Ensure patient safety, manage perioperative needs, and contribute to clinical growth in a supportive, academic environment. Qualifications & Skills: Board certification in anesthesiology, excellent clinical skills, ability to work in a team, and commitment to education. Strong communication and adaptability are essential. Practice at a tertiary care center with extensive resources, including 25 main ORs and 14 ambulatory ORs.Workplace features a balanced schedule, with no scheduled call beyond 24 hours, and in-house night coverage with post-call days off.Competitive compensation with incentives, including a sign-on bonus, relocation support, paid time off, CME allowance, and earning potential exceeding $550,000 with call and incentives.
