Anesthesiologist

Role & Responsibilities: Anesthesiologist joining a collegial, physician-led team to provide diverse anesthesia care across multiple sites, including hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. Key Duties Include Performing bread-and-butter anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases such as general, orthopedic, gastroenterology, gynecology, plastics, urology, interventional radiology, spine, thoracic, and vascular procedures.Utilizing advanced regional anesthesia techniques and participating in robotic and orthopedic surgeries.Collaborating within a team model, with minimal call responsibilities and a focus on work-life balance.Providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment with strong clinical support and leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have relevant anesthesia training and experience, with proficiency in regional techniques and exposure to diverse surgical procedures. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary up to $560,000, with incentives, sign-on bonus, 9 weeks PTO, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, retirement plan, and no state income tax.
