Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) - Full Time

About the role

Join the CHRISTUS St. Vincent anesthesia team, a fully employed care team model in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services within a Level 3 Trauma center
• Manage a dynamic case mix excluding hearts, sick pediatrics, and transplants
• Document in Epic electronic health record
• Operate within state-of-the-art operating rooms

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited training program
• Active licensure in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain it
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• One or more years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply

Benefits

• Annual base salary of $260,000
• Flat rate compensation for light call shifts (24-hour weekend call) above base salary
• Annual $5,000 Quality Incentive bonus
