We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Mission statement: "Here at NKC Health our mission is to empower hope and healing..." This is about the organization, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe not. But we can have a section "About the role" with description of role? The posting includes "Why NKC Health Medical Group?" with bullet list of benefits. That's benefits. - "What does an Anesthesia Technician do?" description: responsibilities. - "What does a typical day on the job look like?" more detailed responsibilities. - "What are the requirements for the job?" list of requirements. - Also "Our North Star" etc maybe not needed. - Benefits: listed under "Why NKC Health Medical Group?" includes Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA), Employer matched retirement plan, Competitive wages, Paid time off for personal/vacation/sick, Six paid holidays per year, Educational assistance, Day shift schedules. Thus we have Benefits section with list. Pay: "Competitive wages" is mentioned but not specific numbers; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive wages" which is vague; rule: do NOT include a section if content is filler/placeholder like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Competitive wages" is vague but maybe considered placeholder? It's not a specific number. Likely we should not create Pay section. Schedule: "Day shift schedules" is mentioned under benefits; we could include Schedule section if posting actually states them. It says "Day shift schedules". That's specific enough? It states day shift schedules. Could be considered schedule info. We'll include Schedule section with that detail. Requirements: list includes High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred; Certification by ASATT strongly preferred; Two years’ experience as an Anesthesia Technician in a level I or II facility; Current BLS through AHA required; Basic knowledge of anesthesia, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and clinical monitoring; Initiator of improvement and change; Communicates promptly and effectively; Promotes teamwork; Maintain professional working relationships; Handles stress in healthy manner; Adaptable to each provider; Flexible work schedule including weekends. We could separate Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: maybe we can include mission statement and description of role? But we already have Responsibilities. Could combine mission into About the role. The posting includes mission statement at start: "Here at NKC Health our mission is to empower hope and healing...". That's about organization, not role. Could put under About the role. - Responsibilities: we have "What does an Anesthesia Technician do?" and "What does a typical day on the job look like?" combine. - Requirements: we have list. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we could treat Requirements as qualifications. However we need to avoid duplicate sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction says we can use those headings; we should include only when posting has real specific content. We have content for requirements/qualifications. We'll make a section

Requirements

with list. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills like "Proficient in the use of all anesthesia equipment", "Inspects, troubleshoots and calibrates", etc. But those are responsibilities. Might be better to not create Skills section if not distinct. - Benefits: we have list. - Schedule: we have "Day shift schedules". Could be a short paragraph. - Pay: not specific; skip. Thus output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "Our North Star" etc? That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered mission/vision; but we already have mission statement. Might keep "Our North Star" as part of About the role? It's values: "we lead with heart, we always move forward, and we connect to more." Could include in About the role as prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, except boilerplate. Let's extract all substantive content: Mission statement: "Here at NKC Health our mission is to empower hope and healing in every life we touch. Whether you are serving patients at a primary care clinic, specialty clinic, or in a support capacity, every team member works together to complete this mission." Then: "NKC Health Anesthesiology team is hiring an Anesthesia Technician! If you’re looking for a great opportunity to impact our communities, join our NKC Health team!" That's like a call to action; could be part of About the role. "Why NKC Health Medical Group?" bullet list: Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA); Employer matched retirement plan; Competitive wages; Paid time off for personal/vacation/sick; Six paid holidays per year; Educational assistance; Day shift schedules. Then: "What does an Anesthesia Technician do?" paragraph: "Anesthesia Technicians work under the guidance of a CRNA and Anesthesiologist in the operating room. They support the anesthesia providers in the acquisition, organization, preparation, application and maintenance of supplies and equipment required for the administration of anesthesia. They will provide support and assistance in anesthesia specific clinical procedures. They are responsible for the inspection of all anesthetizing locations." Then: "What does a typical day on the job look like?" then a long list of duties (sentences). We need to capture all those duties as list items. Then: "What are the requirements for the job?" list. Then: "Our North Star Here at NKC Health, we believe in care empowered. Our actions are the concrete things we do to differentiate ourselves: we lead with heart, we always move forward, and we connect to more." That's values; could be part of About the role. Then EEO statement: remove. Thus we need to include all that. We'll structure:

Here at NKC Health, we believe in care empowered. Our actions are the concrete things we do to differentiate ourselves: we lead with heart, we always move forward, and we connect to more.

That seems to capture mission, call to action, and North Star.

    Schedule

    Day shift schedules

We should not include Pay section. Check if any content duplicated: we included "Day shift schedules" both in Benefits list and Schedule section. Might be duplication; but the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we could keep it only once. Perhaps better to keep Schedule section with that detail and not duplicate in Benefits. But Benefits list includes "Day shift schedules" as a benefit; we could keep it there and not have separate Schedule section. However we need to decide if Schedule section is warranted. The posting mentions Day shift schedules under benefits; we could treat that as part of Benefits. The rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine schedule into Benefits and not create separate Schedule section. But we already have Benefits list includes that. So we can drop Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. Check if
