Join Bigbear.ai as an Android Developer in McLean, Virginia. We are seeking a skilled Android developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, user experience designers, and other developers
• Implement new features and improve existing applications based on user feedback and business requirements
• Ensure applications meet performance and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience developing Android applications
• Strong understanding of Java programming language and Android SDK
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with Android architecture components like LiveData, ViewModel, and Room
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kotlin is a plus
• Experience with testing frameworks like Espresso
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
