Responsibilities

• Install attic remediation systems, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and other home service products.
• Help restore and protect homes from pest damage and head off future issues.
• Complete service‑related documentation accurately.
• Work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and exterior spaces.
• Safely operate company vehicles, including larger‑capacity box trucks.
• Deliver quality workmanship that homeowners can trust.
• Play an important role in helping your team exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment.
• Good driving record and ability to pass a criminal‑history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.

Physical Demands & Working Environment

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands.
• Install encapsulation in low‑light conditions.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lb.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow, ice).
• Noise level generally loud depending on worksite (e.g., new construction, vacuuming insulation).
