About the role

The successful candidate will contribute to the academic excellence of the program by teaching Anatomy and Physiology courses.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Anatomy and Physiology courses at the undergraduate level
  • Develop and maintain course materials
  • Maintain current knowledge of the field through professional development activities
  • Participate in departmental meetings and committees
  • Assist with student advising and career guidance

Requirements

  • PhD in Biology, Pre-Medical Science, or related field
  • Experience teaching Anatomy and Physiology at the college level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Passing score on the Praxis II exam
  • Knowledge of relevant software for educational purposes

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
