About the role
The successful candidate will contribute to the academic excellence of the program by teaching Anatomy and Physiology courses.
Responsibilities
- Teach Anatomy and Physiology courses at the undergraduate level
- Develop and maintain course materials
- Maintain current knowledge of the field through professional development activities
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees
- Assist with student advising and career guidance
Requirements
- PhD in Biology, Pre-Medical Science, or related field
- Experience teaching Anatomy and Physiology at the college level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam
- Knowledge of relevant software for educational purposes
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
