About the role

The role supports Finance Transformation initiatives and delivers complex, high-impact work in a client-service environment. Recruiting ends on 9/14/26.

Responsibilities

• Leading Finance Transformation workstreams focused on planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions
• Managing project activities, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across engagements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement Anaplan and other enterprise performance management solutions
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client and business requirements
• Coaching junior team members and providing guidance on execution, priorities, and work product
• Leading sales pursuit cycles and developing client relationships

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience with Anaplan
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Preferred: 2+ full lifecycle Anaplan implementations, from use-case design through deployment and hypercare; experience integrating EPM solutions with ERP and data platforms; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance/Information Systems) or CPA; 5+ years overseeing testing strategy, training development and delivery, and cutover/hypercare for EPM programs; documented business development contributions; limited immigration sponsorship may be available
