Analytics Senior Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics Senior Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will partner closely with clients to solve complex business challenges through analytics-driven consulting and structured solution design. The consultant will lead workstreams that translate business needs into actionable requirements, deliver validated insights, and support successful implementation and issue resolution. A strong focus of the role is stakeholder engagement, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of analytics solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $101,600 – $152,400 annually Responsibilities Lead problem-solving initiatives to define customer outcomes and KPIs Design and configure solutions through structured sessions with clients Deliver insights using advanced analytics and data validation techniques Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and specifications Manage product lifecycle including testing and issue resolution Own project workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement Foster continuous improvement through user education and analytics validation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Health Sciences At least 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or technical consulting Expertise in data analysis and root-cause analysis Proficient in SQL and handling complex data sets Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employee and company contributions Life, disability, and accident insurance Paid time off and tuition reimbursement for ongoing education Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
