Analytics Project Manager, Senior (NJUS)

About the role

The Analytics Project Manager, Senior supports the Business Insights & Analytics Shared Services team, which aims to streamline the analytics lifecycle for faster, more reliable insights. This role involves leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that enhance BI&A capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project plans, identifying milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinates meetings with business and technical partners to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Manages project forecasts, tracking progress, and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Adapts project plans and schedules as needed to address risks and changes.
• Facilitates project meetings and ensures effective communication among team members.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to quality standards.
• Supports the adoption of project management methodologies and tools across the team.

Requirements

Essential to this role is strong proficiency in project management methodologies, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP certification preferred, CCMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
