About the Opportunity:The ANALYTICS PROGRAM LEAD role is responsible for overseeing the analytics product function within the global analytics organization. This position ensures the coherence, quality, and speed of analytics product delivery across multiple solutions. The role drives the development of self-serve analytics capabilities by establishing standards and partnering across technical teams. It involves both program leadership and hands-on individual contributor work to maintain high standards and unblock the team. Responsibilities:Own delivery of coherent, high-quality, and timely analytics products across solutionsEstablish and enforce analytics standards to increase development velocityManage solution analytics leads and coordinate work sequencing and scopingPartner with data platform and architecture teams to shape BI and semantic foundationsContribute hands-on to analytics domains as needed to support the team Requirements:Proven program ownership over technical analytics or data functions with multiple parallel workstreamsStrong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, modern data warehousing, and BI toolsAbility to develop repeatable processes and standards that operate independentlyExperience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignmentComfortable managing ambiguity and scaling proven processes across teams Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
