Analytics Engineer II

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics Engineer II to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will focus on building and maintaining marketing analytics data models and pipelines that power reporting, analysis, and decision-making. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Marketing stakeholders, and engineering partners to translate business needs into reliable data requirements and scalable solutions. The position also plays a key role in improving data quality, pipeline efficiency, and the overall usability of the analytics codebase. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,000 – $153,000 annually Responsibilities Build and maintain high-quality marketing analytics data models and ETL pipelines Translate analytical needs into data requirements in collaboration with Data Scientists and Marketing stakeholders Ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and root cause analysis of data issues Conduct thorough code reviews and design discussions to enhance the codebase Improve existing data pipelines for efficiency and performance monitoring Qualifications 3-5 years in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering with production data ownership Strong SQL skills with dimensional data model experience, including star schemas and SCDs Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow Knowledge of marketing data metrics and concepts, or the ability to learn quickly Proven ability to independently manage multiple data model pipelines and priorities Effective communicator across data, marketing, and engineering teams Benefits Remote work flexibility with a flexible remote-first policy Access to annual equity grants and refresh grants Inclusive company culture fostering collaboration Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Opportunities for personal and professional growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
