About the role
This is a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ, requiring 3 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the semantic layer and data mart strategy connecting raw operational and financial data to business teams.
- Model data replicated from SAP into Snowflake, creating clean, tested, and well-documented dbt models serving Hex dashboards and Snowflake semantic models.
- Create documentation, data dictionaries, and training materials enabling analysts to use data marts and Hex workbooks independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI Engineering roles.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake SQL and proficiency in Python.
