About the role
Work with internal customers to understand their data needs, and translate into technical requirements; Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract or ingest new data sources to a data warehouse, using Data Vault methodology; Build and maintain PBI semantic models that centralize business logic and simplify reporting; Monitor the availability and integrity of the data warehouse, and address accordingly; Identify opportunities to improve data quality; Contribute to and enforce internal development standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal customers to understand their data needs, and translate into technical requirements;
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract or ingest new data sources to a data warehouse, using Data Vault methodology;
- Build and maintain PBI semantic models that centralize business logic and simplify reporting;
- Maintain the availability and integrity of the data warehouse, and address accordingly;
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality;
- Contribute to and enforce internal development standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a data analytics or data engineering role;
- Experience with SQL;
- Experience with dbt;
- Experience with DAX;
- Experience with PBI semantic models;
- Experience with dimensional modeling (Kimball);
- Experience with Git;
- Actively stays up to date with latest technologies;
- Leverages AI tools to increase productivity;
- Clear and concise communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bonus: Familiarity with or interest in Data Vault 2.0 methodology;
- Experience with Cloud SQL platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, …)
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP);
- Experience with PBI report building;
- Knowledge of transportation and/or logistics.

Pay
This is a full-time in-office permanent position from Monday to Friday.
