Analytics and Reporting Engineer

About The Role

We are seeking an Analytics and Reporting Engineer with a strong passion for healthcare analytics and Medicare Advantage programs. This role requires in-depth functional knowledge of RAF (Risk Adjustment Factor) calculations, accrual reporting, chart chase initiatives, and channel target analytics.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker and BigQuery.
• Perform detailed RAF calculations and create supporting documentation and models.
• Create accrual reporting processes to forecast revenue and risk adjustments.
• Support chart chase analytics to optimize retrieval operations and improve coding accuracy.
• Develop channel target analytics to prioritize outreach and maximize program effectiveness.
• Translate healthcare business needs into scalable and insightful analytical solutions.
• Collaborate in Agile teams using Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.
• Ensure data alignment with CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage guidelines.
