Job Summary
The Analytics Analyst IV is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading end-to-end analytics solutions. This role collaborates with stakeholders to define problems, develop data models and dashboards, and translate analytical outputs into actionable insights that drive decision-making. The role develops reporting and analytics solutions, translates complex data into clear audience-appropriate insights, and serves as a data steward to maintain reliable analytics foundations. Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements, success metrics, and decision-support needs and serve as a trusted advisor, translating data into insights. Deliver actionable insights that influence strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- Influence teams and decisions without direct authority
- Design and develop SQL queries, data models, and analytical datasets integrating cross-functional data
- Perform complex analysis, modeling, forecasting, and interpretation
- Design and maintain advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Conduct predictive analysis, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Lead end-to-end analytics efforts, manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Maintain data stewardship and analytical foundations (data marts, definitions)
- Collaborate with IT/data engineering to improve data pipelines and ecosystems
- Ensure governance, KPI alignment, and reporting consistency
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related roles
- Prioritize master’s degree preferred
- Experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical, financial datasets or revenue cycle) or clinical laboratory environment
- Experience with complex enterprise data environments
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling, governance, and performance optimization
