Key Responsibilities: Work with staffing team to identify and create tools to boost productivity and make department more efficientBe the main point of contact to maintain and update various staffing tools depending on department needsOversee employee check-in process by monitoring tools and providing real-time updates to operations teamCoordinate with operations team to understand staffing levels needed for each gamePerform trending analysis on employee call offs to determine when additional resources might be neededConduct ad-hoc analyses of staffing metrics in a timely and professional manner Preferred Qualifications: English reading, writing, math, and computer skills requiredBachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business analytics, computer science, or a related fieldProficiency in MS Office and Google Suites, specifically Excel and Google SheetsExperience using SQL, R, Python, and Tableau for data analysis is a plusMust be flexible with schedule, able to work different shifts, and have the stamina to work baseball hoursHas strong attention to detail to ensure reports are completed and information is compiled accuratelyDevelops and maintains positive relationships within the staffing team and other departmentsAbility to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiencesFood service operations awareness/experience is a plus Apply to Levy today!
