Responsibilities

• Perform qualifications and validations utilizing cutting-edge instrumentation such as cSDS, cIEF, HPLC, UV-Vis, and slope spectroscopy.
• Prepare samples for testing through dilution and other techniques.
• Independently perform assigned assays within deadlines.
• Draft qualification and verification reports with the help of senior scientists.
• Record lab work in real time via an electronic lab notebook.
• Contribute scientific data that is used in BLA filing.
• Develop and optimize methods preceding method qualifications and validations.

Requirements

• At least a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
• At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience utilizing HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE).
• Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry (preferred).
• Understanding of method development, optimization, qualification, and validation.
• Experience with analytical methods including cSDS, cIEF, UV-Vis, and slope spectroscopy.
• Ability to pipette accurately.
• Strong background and hands-on experience with analytical techniques.
• Experience in technical writing: SOPs, validation reports.
• Experience with Empower 3 and electronic lab notebooks.
• Firm understanding of interpreting analytical data.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP/GDP.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM as core hours with additional adjusting hours to meet 40 hours per week.
