Responsibilities
- Perform qualifications and validations utilizing cutting-edge instrumentation such as cSDS, cIEF, HPLC, UV-Vis, and slope spectroscopy.
- Prepare samples for testing through dilution and other techniques.
- Independently perform assigned assays within deadlines.
- Draft qualification and verification reports with the help of senior scientists.
- Record lab work in real time via an electronic lab notebook.
- Contribute scientific data that is used in BLA filing.
- Develop and optimize methods preceding method qualifications and validations.
Requirements
- At least a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
- At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience utilizing HPLC and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE).
- Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry (preferred).
- Understanding of method development, optimization, qualification, and validation.
- Experience with analytical methods including cSDS, cIEF, UV-Vis, and slope spectroscopy.
- Ability to pipette accurately.
- Strong background and hands-on experience with analytical techniques.
- Experience in technical writing: SOPs, validation reports.
- Experience with Empower 3 and electronic lab notebooks.
- Firm understanding of interpreting analytical data.
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP/GDP.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM as core hours with additional adjusting hours to meet 40 hours per week.
