Analytical Development Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document analytical experiments to support ongoing drug development programs.
• Optimize LC, GC, and MS method conditions alongside other detector technologies.
• Conduct sample testing, analyze complex data sets, interpret results, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation issues promptly.
• Draft high-quality technical reports, protocols, and participate in collaborative technology meetings.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with LC and GC instrumentation and method development.
• Proficiency in core laboratory skills (pipetting, solution preparation, centrifugation, and filtration).
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience utilizing IT office software and scientific data management platforms.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with High-Resolution Mass Spectroscopy (HRMS) and prep LC.
