About the role
Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled analytical chemist to join our dynamic team. This position will be based in a GLP or GMP environment, requiring appropriate documentation and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Support API formulation development through hands-on generation of accurate and precise analytical chemistry data using routine laboratory techniques such as liquid chromatography (HPLC, UPLC), NMR (liquid), mass spectrometry, vibrational spectroscopy, gas chromatography, Karl Fischer titration
- Develop assay/purity methods and assess method robustness/ruggedness and develop an impurity profile
- Develop and execute method validation protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Qualifications
- Experience in a GLP or GMP environment
- Hands-on experience with routine laboratory techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, NMR, mass spectrometry, vibrational spectroscopy, gas chromatography, and Karl Fischer titration
- Knowledge of assay/purity methods and method validation protocols

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime as needed
