Analytic Support/ Software Sustainment and Engineer

About the role

The position requires subject matter expertise in ISR strategy and planning, operational concepts development, tasking strategies, and asset allocation to meet mission objectives. The contractor will guide the design and implementation of effective data collection strategies, optimize sensor platforms, and ensure the integration of diverse data sources while maintaining data quality and relevance.

Responsibilities

- Analyze ISR data and produce actionable intelligence reports supporting decision-making at all levels. - Provide recommendations for the selection, operation, and enhancement of ISR technologies and systems, ensuring alignment with mission needs and security requirements. - Support mission-specific requirements by defining ISR priorities, filling intelligence gaps, and adjusting strategies during execution. - Ensure adherence to security protocols and provide technical guidance to maintain system integrity and operational effectiveness. - Maximize ISR capabilities to achieve timely and actionable intelligence outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering and software sustainment, including maintenance and enhancement of operational applications and databases, requirements analysis, defect triage and resolution, version control and configuration management, scripting/automation, test and validation support, and documentation/user support in secure or enterprise environments, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
