About the role
The Analytic Facilitator will support the 55WG in delivering academic, simulator, and in-flight training to back-end ISR crews for RC-135 fleet. This role requires expertise in instructional delivery and support for mission-critical training programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused on 55WG ISR operations
- Provide academic, simulator, and inflight training to back-end ISR crews
- Provide in-depth data and analysis of training accomplishment, needs, status, and effectiveness
- Provide RC-135 ground academic training on aircraft systems and appropriate regulatory guidance
- Act as primary operator on test and evaluation sorties
- Support instruction, materials development, course maintenance, and other administrative management functions
- Revise courseware as necessary to meet local standards or reflect changes in national priorities
- Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, and objectives
- Travel required (Up to 10%)
Requirements
- Experience Level: Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/M or years with PhD
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis, Multi-Int Fusion, and Analytical Tradecraft Support; familiarity with intelligence tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations; experience delivering training and facilitating exercises in a professional setting
- Skills: Ability to maintain all requirements to fly as an instructor onboard the RC-135 aircraft; strong instructional and facilitation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required with Poly
- Experience supporting the 55WG or similar military organizations
- Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator for 55WG courses or similar training programs
- Completion of Central Flight Instructor Course (CFIC)
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior instructors
