Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst V supporting the RTC Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Contract for the Army Division at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. This is a full-time role requiring the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel is estimated at 15%.

Pay

$102,960.00 - $122,200.00

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science, or business discipline from an accredited college/university and 12 years of experience in one of the following areas: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, or Environmental specialties.
  • Alternatively, an Associate's Degree and 16 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or 16 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or 16 years of military training in the assigned specialty area, or a combination thereof.
  • For Operations Analysts: 8 years of the required experience must include experience with DoD or Army regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining operational requirements within budget and timelines, performing reviews and audits, supporting and coordinating VIP events, and providing customer service.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Cost, Schedule, Performance, Risks, and Issues on behalf of RTC and its customers throughout the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Reporting, and Retirement.
  • Collaborate with teammates and customers to develop accurate scopes for new projects.
  • Work with the Program Operations Lead and other teammates to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers about existing and future project needs.
  • Communicate with the TM/FTS team about changes to project schedules, requirements, funding, or potential new projects.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, organization charts, quad charts, and funds management tools.
  • Create a Work Breakdown Structure to support accurate tracking of labor, materials, and travel-related expenses, including multiple funding sources.
  • Learn and apply rules for different types of government funding.
  • Use RTC-specific software and maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Provide regular project updates to customers via text, email, phone calls, online meetings, and in-person meetings.
  • Be flexible to take on other unique responsibilities to ensure smooth mission execution.
