We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. We have compensation info: expected pay range $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus incentive payment 10% target. So we can include Pay section. Schedule? Not mentioned; no schedule details. So omit Schedule. Benefits: we have many benefits listed; we can include Benefits section. Qualifications: we have Required Qualifications/Experience. Also Knowledge etc. Could combine into Qualifications. Responsibilities: we have "What you'll do" bullet list. Also The Role description. Could combine into Responsibilities. About the role: maybe we have "The Role" paragraph. Could be About the role. Also "Why Wyndham?" could be About the company? But we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Why Wyndham? (company mission, culture) maybe not needed as a section; could be part of About the role? But "About the role" is about the role itself, not company. Could still include as a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay. - The Role paragraph: describes what the Sustainability Analyst will work with etc. That could be About the role. - What you'll do: list of duties -> Responsibilities. - You'll be successful if you have: list of skills/abilities -> Skills (or Requirements). Could be Skills. - Required Qualifications/Experience: list -> Qualifications. - Knowledge, understanding and practical experience... also part of qualifications. - Passion for sustainability. Knowledge of environmental data reporting... is a plus -> could be Skills or Qualifications. - Company Overview: could be About the company but not required; we can maybe omit as not a required section heading; but we could include as About the role? Might be extra but not required; but we can keep as prose under About the role? Might be okay but risk of being considered filler? It's substantive info about company; but we have no section for Company Overview; we could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph. - Compensation & Benefits: we have Pay and Benefits sections. - Job Location: we could include as a short paragraph maybe under About the role? Or we could drop? It's substantive; we could include as a short p under About the role or maybe as its own section? Not in allowed headings; we could just include as a p. - Employment Status: Full-time; could be part of About the role. - Application deadline: "We are accepting applications for this position through 11/15/2026." That's application instruction; we should remove per instruction: remove application instructions. So drop that. - EEO statement: remove. - Duplicated lines: we need to avoid duplication. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

We must ensure no duplicated content. Check for duplicates: The "Why Wyndham?" paragraph appears also in company overview? We included only once. The "At Wyndham, we provide all team members..." appears in why Wyndham paragraph; we included that. The company overview paragraph about number of hotels etc is not included; we omitted it to avoid duplication? It's substantive but we didn't include a section for it; we could incorporate into About the role as an extra paragraph. But we already have a paragraph about Why Wyndham; we could add another paragraph after that about company overview. However we must avoid duplication: The company overview includes similar content to why Wyndham but not identical; it's okay to include. Let's add a short paragraph after the Why Wyndham paragraph: "Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is one of the largest hotel franchise companies in the world by number of properties with approximately 8,400 hotels across over 95 countries on six continents. Through our network of approximately 869,000 rooms appealing to the everyday traveler, Wyndham commands a leading presence in the hospitality industry. Headquartered in Parsippany, N.J. with offices around the world in London, Shanghai, Buenos Aires, Dubai and more, Wyndham employs more than 2,000 corporate team members worldwide who are dedicated to the Company’s mission of making hotel travel possible for all. Supporting thousands of franchisees and a growing global portfolio of 25 hotel brands—think household names like Wyndham, La Quinta, Ramada, Days Inn and Super 8—Wyndham team members are a widespread group of individuals with diverse interests and backgrounds. Our unique Count on Me culture, commitment to flexibility and core values of Integrity, Accountability, Inclusivity, Caring and Fun are just part of what continues to make Wyndham an award-winning best place to work." But note we already mentioned Count on Me culture etc in why Wyndham paragraph; duplication risk. The why Wyndham paragraph already includes: "Most importantly, you’ll be entrusted to live our unique Count on Me culture, set by our core values of integrity, accountability, inclusive, caring and fun. At Wyndham, we provide all team members the opportunity to grow through best-in-class training and career development, leadership training, mentorship opportunities and educational support. Supporting our team members is a top priority, which is why we offer competitive compensation and benefits, vacation, team member appreciation days, workplace flexibility and much more. At Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, we value and embrace a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion that supports team members of all backgrounds and experiences." The company overview paragraph repeats some of that (Count on Me culture, core values). To avoid duplication, we could omit the company overview paragraph or edit to avoid repeating those phrases. Since we already covered culture, we could keep company overview but remove the duplicated culture sentences
