About the role
This position is within the Customer Experience team at Agoda. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the user experience for our customers.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of new features.
- Monitor user feedback and analytics to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design or similar role.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
