Analyst - Securitized Products Syndicate, New York, NY

Contributes to the overall success of the Global Securitization team in the United States, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of securitized products new issue transactions across ABS, CMBS, and RMBS
- Aid in deal marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation processes
- Maintain databases tracking issuance, pricing, investor participation, and performance metrics
- Prepare client- and investor-ready presentation materials and offering support analyses
- Conduct due diligence and review transaction documentation
- Assist senior team members in responding to client and investor inquiries
- Manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Support ad-hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives for the desk
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated knowledge of securitization fundamentals, with experience in ABS preferred
- Education in Business or related field. MBA/CPA/CFA or other industry designation is helpful
- Banking experience in a Structured Finance or related environment preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written and oral communication skills
- A high level of commitment and a strong sense of teamwork are needed to succeed in the role
- Series 63 & 79 preferred
Pay
Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00
