About the Role

Reporting to the SmartPath/Monogram Digital Retail Manager - Sales, the SmartPath/Monogram Digital Retail Consultant will coordinate, manage, and lead new dealer launches for SmartPath/Monogram while improving platform utilization in existing dealerships through relaunch efforts and training. These activities involve working directly with Toyota/Lexus regional staff and business partners. Additional responsibilities include supporting program enhancement launches (e.g., Rental, F&I, and Signal).

Responsibilities

  • Support Toyota and Lexus field teams and dealers in delivering a quality customer experience through the SmartPath/Monogram (SP/M) suite of products and the Toyota Dealer Digital Solutions (TDDS) program.
  • Collaborate with internal Toyota business partners and external agencies to strategize and develop communications content, templates, monthly releases, quarterly newsletters, ad-hoc communications, and metrics tracking for SP/M Sales & Service.
  • Act as a consultative resource for communications content and templates for additional SP/M products (e.g., F&I and Rental) and partner support teams such as Signal, Business Analytics, and Integrations.
  • Facilitate coordination and execution of the annual SP/M Summit and monthly virtual SP/M field meetings.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of SP/M physical display activations (e.g., National Dealer Meeting, National Automotive Dealer Association convention).
  • Support coordination and execution of Digital Advisory Board virtual and in-person meetings (3 per year).
  • Plan and execute SP/M marketing and promotional activities, including development of in-store POS kits, digital and social assets for SP/M Sales and Service at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.
  • Assist with combining and managing a single Mystery Shop program to support dealers in real-time evaluation of their lead handling processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to use data for storytelling and decision-making.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Experience with communications in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to use insights to make recommendations and influence the organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Experience interfacing with high levels of management, advertising agencies, and consultants.
  • Experience with Toyota Regions/PDs and Dealer retail environment, Lexus area.
  • Experience in content creation and newsletter design.
