The Analyst at StepStone Infrastructure & Real Assets will provide analytical, modeling, and transactional support to SIRA’s local and international team in advising clients on investments in infrastructure and associated real asset sectors globally.
Responsibilities
- Create and/or modify sophisticated financial models, analyze financial statements and financial forecasts, prepare valuation bridges, run discounted cash flow analysis, comparable public companies, and create sensitivity/scenario analysis.
- Write and prepare strong memos and presentations.
- Undertake research and diligence of potential investment opportunities and sectors, including primary funds, secondaries, co-investments, and direct investments.
- Construct and defend investment decisions both verbally and in written materials, including in Investment Committee meetings.
- Interact with clients and prepare advisory materials as required.
- Support senior staff on sourcing and managing the inflow of investment opportunities.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience at an investment bank, project finance firm, professional services firm, investment manager, Limited Partner, or in associated fields.
- A Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or higher) ideally in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics.

Pay
Salary range: $115,000 – $120,000. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors such as location, education, skill, and experience. The range does not include benefits or other forms of compensation.
