What You'll Do (Role Overview)
As an Analyst III, Reporting and Analysis, you'll play a critical role in shaping how data drives decisions across our Distribution & Transportation network. In this role, you'll go beyond building reports; you'll unlock insights, influence strategy, and help leaders understand what's happening across the business and what to do next. You'll work with large, complex data sets, translate them into meaningful stories, and provide clear recommendations that help drive smarter, faster decisions.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Turn Data into Insights
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Connect insights to broader Distribution & Transportation and Supply Chain strategies
- Provide recommendations that help leaders make confident, data-driven decisions
- Build & Enhance Reporting
- Create, design, and maintain reporting that is accurate, scalable, and user-friendly
- Deliver both recurring and ad hoc analysis based on evolving business needs
- Ensure stakeholders understand and can effectively use reporting tools and outputs
- Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate closely with Distribution & Transportation leadership, Supply Chain teams, IT, and Data Governance
- Gather and refine reporting requirements to deliver meaningful, impactful solutions
- Serve as a key bridge between data and the business ensuring alignment and clarity
- Solve Complex Problems
- Perform advanced analysis to uncover deeper insights
- Use business modeling to evaluate potential outcomes and guide decision-making
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and efficiency
- Transform large, complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives
- Develop presentation-ready materials for leadership reviews and strategic discussions
- Help leaders understand not just the data but the story, impact, and next steps
- Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on analytics tools and emerging best practices
- Expand capabilities in reporting, visualization, and modeling
- Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large data sets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivots, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.)
- Experience creating calculated expressions (DAX, Calculate fields, Excel Formulas, etc.)
- Ability to query using SQL in Databricks
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, forecasting, or distribution operations (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across teams
- Creative, innovative thinker with a proactive mindset
- Ability to navigate change and drive continuous improvement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, math, statistics, or a related field
- Analytics certifications are a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a data-driven environment
Salary
$75,040-112,560, depending on experience.
