What We Look For (must-have Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of analyst relations experience in enterprise technology or healthcare IT.
  • Proven relationships with healthcare-focused analyst firms — candidates must be able to activate an existing network from day one (KLAS, Black Book, Gartner/Forrester healthcare practices, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated success building or transforming an AR program, including strategy development and cross-functional execution.
  • Experience working with fast-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology vendors.
  • Senior executive presence and communication skills — comfortable representing Ambience in the industry and presenting to C-suite.
  • Skilled at aligning stakeholders without direct authority in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Healthcare AI, clinical documentation, or EHR ecosystem expertise.
  • Epic partnership or Epic-focused vendor experience.
  • KLAS vendor program management experience.
  • Background in PR, communications, or product marketing with analyst overlap.
  • Track record of analyst report inclusions, Magic Quadrant placements, or Wave rankings.

Compensation and Structure

This is a contract engagement at 20–30 hours per week with an initial 6-month term. Compensation is commensurate with experience and the depth of existing analyst relationships. After the initial engagement, conversion to a full-time role will be evaluated based on program maturity, relationship activation, business impact, and mutual interest.
