The Office of Development is seeking a Prospect Development Analyst to join the Decision Science & Prospect Development team. MSK’s Office of Development continues to grow an outstanding Decision Science and Prospect Development operation that fuels our vital fundraising mission. With millions of engaged donors supporting the fight against cancer, this role offers both a remarkable opportunity and a meaningful challenge.
Role Overview
Serve as a strategic partner to gift officers and Development leaders, providing research-driven insights, analytical recommendations, and collaborative portfolio support that inform fundraising strategy and drive philanthropic success.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in prospect development, fundraising, or a related analytical role
- Strong research and analytical abilities with skill in synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience turning complex details into clear, strategic recommendations
- Experience assessing information to make strategic recommendations in a professional setting
- Background in major gift fundraising, healthcare philanthropy, or nonprofit operations is a plus

Additional Information
- Location: hybrid (primarily remote, should be available to come onsite if needed once a year)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours
- Reporting to: Office of Development – Decision Science & Prospect Development
