Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of field events and qualitative data related to an advanced heart pump medical device.
- Review, organize, and maintain product and patient information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and administrative support activities using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensure timely processing and tracking of information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and product-related activities.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, computer-based work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Recent graduates with internship, capstone project, or relevant academic experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of professional or academic experience will be considered.
- A background in Biomedical disciplines is highly desirable and offers opportunities for future career growth within the organization.
- Candidates with degrees in Technology or other Science-related fields are also encouraged to apply.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Microsoft Excel skills.

- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple responsibilities (such as work and school, athletics and academics, or other commitments) is considered a strong indicator of success in this role.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based role with extensive computer usage throughout the day.
Contract Details
- Duraton: 8–12 months (Possibility of extend or convert)
- Employment Type: Contract
