Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of field events and qualitative data related to an advanced heart pump medical device.
  • Review, organize, and maintain product and patient information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform data entry, documentation, and administrative support activities using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ensure timely processing and tracking of information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and product-related activities.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, computer-based work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Recent graduates with internship, capstone project, or relevant academic experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 0–2 years of professional or academic experience will be considered.
  • A background in Biomedical disciplines is highly desirable and offers opportunities for future career growth within the organization.
  • Candidates with degrees in Technology or other Science-related fields are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Comfortable working at a computer for the majority of the workday.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple responsibilities (such as work and school, athletics and academics, or other commitments) is considered a strong indicator of success in this role.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based role with extensive computer usage throughout the day.

Contract Details

  • Duraton: 8–12 months (Possibility of extend or convert)
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Potential: Opportunity for contract extension or conversion to a full-time role based on individual performance and business needs.
