About the role

SitusAMC is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Valuation Advisory & Risk Solutions (VARS) department. This position involves providing valuations and supporting operational tasks for clients including investment managers, depository institutions, and lenders. Asset classes include residential whole loans, consumer whole loans, structured finance securities, and other related fixed income assets.

Responsibilities

• Works with colleagues to produce valuation analyses for clients with a high degree of competency, integrity, and customer service
• Assists in the maintenance of valuation models and data sets as needed
• Executes other operational tasks as directed, such as maintaining research documents, tracking team workflow, client communications, and project management related to technology initiatives
• Manages and executes certain projects independently
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
• Zero to three years of relevant experience in valuations, investments, or related roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Excel
• Basic understanding of relevant financial and fixed-income topics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Coursework or industry experience in data analysis or programming languages preferred

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
