ANALYST – OPERATIONS (Treasury)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Cook up liquidity, banking, and collateral-related activities across financial counterparties.
• Process cash transactions, wire transfers, account setup, and payment activity while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain banking relationships, account documentation, and KYC requirements.
• Support tax payment processing and collaborate with accounting teams.
• Prepare operational reports, reconcile financial activity, and assist with P&L reporting.
• Support investor requests, capital activity, regulatory reporting, and operational data management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to automation initiatives using technical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of operations experience within financial services, asset management, banking, or a related industry.
• Experience supporting investment operations, treasury, or cash management is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and ideally macros.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Python preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, VBA, treasury systems, or investment accounting platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Hybrid schedule with 4–5 days per week in the office.
• Flexibility to support extended hours during peak business periods and critical deadlines.

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI, Alteryx, or Python.
• SQL, VBA, treasury systems, or investment accounting platforms.

$75,000 - $85,000 per year
