About the role

Responsible for profitable revenue generation of our Vendor Accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets. Work closely with the Sr Director of Onboard Revenue to develop strategies and plans to grow profitable business across the fleet. Own business analysis of current performance and drive growth. Establish and build strong relationships within the assigned Royal Caribbean Vendors and internally to enable successful implementation of new programs onboard our fleet. Influence vendors and internal departments to support strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Set monthly, annual, and quarterly targets related to assigned accounts.
  • Manage and monitor account and ship performance against targets, forecast, and contractual minimums, identifying drivers and risks.
  • Work with partners to review channel, product, pricing, promotional, and square footage performance.
  • Identify and evaluate sourcing/mix of revenue to grow the most profitable channels.
  • Generate innovative ideas that will bring new business development to Onboard Revenue.
  • Leverage business analysis to define future strategies (product, partner, channel, contracting, etc.) and prioritize initiatives.
  • Influence newbuild and revitalization concept/design/allocation through business analysis.
  • Provide analytical support for initiatives related to assigned accounts and for Onboard Revenue contract negotiations.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to accelerate App revenue growth.
  • Perform any other job-related duties assigned by management, including covering any revenue partner account during tenure.
  • Support and drive revenue for concessionaire accounts exceeding approximately $250 million.
  • Set and track financial goals for accounts quarterly, monthly, and weekly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Five to ten years of related financial and business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion, SQL, Visual Basic, Essbase, and business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, inquisitive, analytical, and creative mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and motivation.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with decision-makers across all areas.
  • Strong executive presentation skills.

Working Conditions

While performing job functions, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a PC, communicate, listen, and assess information. The employee may move about the office complex, travel to other office locations, and lift, push, pull, or move 10-15 pounds. Visual requirements include distant, close, and color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
