Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Experience in real estate asset management or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
Strong computer skills, VBA, Excel, SQL a plus.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes.
Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines, excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

About the Role
Your focus is on regular weekly and monthly reporting and one-off projects directed by the Vice President of Asset Management to maximize the financial performance of their assigned portfolio of multifamily properties.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate multifamily real estate investments to determine potential risks and returns.
- Prepare financial models, projections, and performance reports for multifamily assets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support asset management decisions.

You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm
