Responsibilities

• Analyzes and understands all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations.
• Captures and coordinates the break resolution process between client, operations teams, and custodian banks.
• Works closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition and setup of new client accounts.
• Performs daily reviews of reconciliations and executes necessary controls.
• Assists with project work aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving the control environment.
• Carries out activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth functional and industry knowledge.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
• Technical skills and systems knowledge (e.g., PeopleSoft).

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• Related industry qualifications (e.g., ACCA) preferred.
• May be entry-level.
