Responsibilities
- Analyze and run the business, provide basic consulting.
- Understand and read internal and external reporting applications and Microsoft tools (Consumer of info.).
- Build relationships by building trust through daily execution and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Be reliable and resourceful to solve challenges; be pleasant, supportive, and an active listener.
- Communicate with vendors and cross-functional partners, handle day-to-day point of contact.
- Handle Run-the-Business issues and escalate when necessary.
- Report on Read, analyze, and act on reports.
- Improve processes by providing ideas on process improvement needs.
- Manage technology requirements by providing input and feedback.
- Manage own time/priorities, input into greater efforts, understand business impacts and connectivity.
- Engage with Merchandising & Vendor Day-to-day based on business needs and vendor support.
- Create usage standards, guidelines, and statements of direction to track the quality, availability, and applicability of data through full business integration.
- Test, implement, and support technology solutions to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
- Use relevant data, analytics, and customer feedback to help develop and drive the solutions offered to Lowe’s internal customers.
- Onboard and train new users on best practices, system updates, and/or changes for all merchandising information systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
- 2 years of experience in developing, designing, and operating business solutions in a production environment.
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience in Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and relational business software.
