What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end QA, launch, and takedown of all custom ad units across The Points Guy
- Lead the implementation and adoption of AI tooling across ad operations, establishing best practices, training team members, and ensuring new tools are embedded effectively into existing processes
- Oversee QA, launch, pacing, and takedown of all ROS and 100% Share of Voice display media campaigns
- Execute and QA link wrapping across campaigns to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Partner with sales, editorial, and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in accordance with established specifications
- Develop and implement scalable, automated workflows that reduce manual effort and minimize the risk of launch errors
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-powered tools into ad operations workflows to increase efficiency, reduce error rates, and accelerate campaign turnaround times
- Serve as an internal thought leader and resource on AI adoption, partnering with teams across the business to identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation efforts
- Own projects that involve solving complex, ambiguous problems—defining the right approach, executing against it, and delivering clear recommendations
- Translate data and campaign findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset — demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, exercise sound judgment independently, and establish clear processes where none previously existed
- Strong problem-solving skills — proven ability to navigate ambiguity and structure a path forward on undefined or complex challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail — a consistent track record of accuracy across high-volume, deadline-driven workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights effectively, aligning stakeholders and surfacing issues proactively
- Experience working with data — familiarity with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools to analyze and interpret campaign and business data
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager — including trafficking, targeting, and campaign troubleshooting
- Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies — hands-on experience preferred, along with genuine curiosity about how data and AI can drive better decisions and business outcomes
- A proactive, scrappy, and self-motivated mindset — energized by fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Compensation
Total Cash Compensation: $100,000 per year

About the Role
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York City office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.
