About The Role

The Analyst position at The Dedham Group is a rare and exciting opportunity for junior team members who are extremely smart and ambitious, looking to further their careers in the life sciences industry and strategy consulting. Analysts will work on projects addressing reimbursement, pricing, demand creation, health policy, health economics, and market strategy needs of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality primary and secondary market research to inform client deliverables and project direction.
  • Perform accurate, structured data analysis and summarize key insights for team review.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally and respectfully.
  • Contribute to strategic assessments by identifying themes, synthesizing research, and informing commercial insights.
  • Develop clear, well-organized slides and materials that contribute to client-ready presentations.
  • Support workstreams through organized task management, proactive communication, and strong attention to detail.
  • Manage tasks efficiently, deliver on time, and proactively flag risks or dependencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree with a Life Sciences focus from a top-tier university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting or related fields within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Superior skills in using MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and market and organizational factors. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.

All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship or transfers and are not currently accepting candidates who are on an OPT visa.
